• A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. • A 15-minute grace period is provided. After this time, a mandatory late fee of $30 will be applied. • If you are 15 minutes late with no communication, your appointment will be canceled, and 100% of the remaining balance will be charged. No exceptions. • If you arrive late without prior communication, you will not be serviced. • I reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion. • Late arrivals disrupt the schedule and delay services for other clients. No-shows cause inconvenience to both myself and other scheduled clients. • Any attempt to refuse payment, lock your card, or dispute charges will result in a summons being issued for small claims court. • Clear and timely communication is required to ensure my business operates smoothly. • Appointments may be rescheduled one (1) time only.
